
Thank you for choosing Capture DC Moments for your event photography needs. To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit of $300. This deposit guarantees your booking and allows us to begin preparations for capturing your special event.
Paying in full will save our small team fees and is highly recommended.
Once the deposit is paid, your event date will be reserved, and we will follow up with details regarding the day of the event and our photography process. Please note that the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the agreement.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If the event is rescheduled, the deposit may be applied to the new date, subject to Capture DC Moments’ availability.
